Essential oil blend freshness in the office
The heat and sultriness of summer are very hard on many people, especially if they have a full-time office job. The non-physiological posture, the oxygen-poor air and the body's attempt to regulate its temperature by sweating cause discomfort and fatigue. It is good to have a fresh breeze blowing through the rooms. This essential oil blend is able to awaken the spirits again.
Application

You can apply it on the body, e.g. rub it into the temples, or let it evaporate in a bowl of water! Do not rub into the eyes! For more information visit www.biofrid.de

- 50 ml jojoba, 50 ml
- 5 tr. Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia), 10 ml
- 5 tr. lemon essential oil (Citrus limon), 10 ml
- 5 tr. Rose geranium essential oil (Pelargonium graveolens), 5 ml
- 5 tr. peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita), 10 ml
