Description:	A magnesium deficiency is an important diet-related cause for the development of chronic exhaustion. To compensate, magnesium oxide should be administered which affects all cell and cell organs membrane-stabilizing. The metabolism of carbohydrate, protein and lipid as well as the excitation metabolism of nerves and muscles are positively affected.

Note:	Magnesium-diet is for adults only and as an additional balanced diet is only to be used under medical supervision. Because there is no experience with pregnant and breastfeeding women, this group should note use Magnesium-diet. Magnesium-diet is classified as a dietary supplement for special medical purposes (balanced diet) for the treatment of reduced endogenous resistibility, especially “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome” (CFS, chronic exhaustion syndrome). Due to the particular nutrients required with “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome”, the content of Vitamin E exceeds the maximum quantity acc. Encl. 6 of the german DiätVO.
