Essential Oil mixture for abdominal pain

50 ml Jojoba (50ml)
10 drops of essential oil of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis verbenon, 5ml)
10 drops of essential oil citrus eucalyptus (Eukalyptus citriodora, 10ml)
5 drops of essential oil of mandarin red (Citrus reticulata, 10ml)
5 drops of essential oil of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia, 10ml)

Please note, that this blend includes single bottles of each respective oil and that it is not a finished blend.

Women of all ages are often suffering from abdominal pain in connection with changes due to their menstrual cycle.

It is often very helpful to use a warming essential oil mixture as a so-called "women's massage".

The ingredients of the rosemary oil, type verbenon, have a strong circulation-promoting effect, which is connected with a pleasant warm feeling. This is supported by the lymph flow regulating properties of eucalyptus oil. Essential mandarin oil with its balancing, calming effect also stimulates lymph flow, is antiseptic and, in addition, strengthens the immune system. The blend is completed by the harmonizing lavender oil.

Application: The blend is gently rubbed in as a "women's massage".

Caution: Do not use on children (<8 y.) and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding!

Essential oils should never be applied undiluted, always mix it with a carrier oil (carrier substance).
If possible, test the patient for tolerance by having him smell the oil!
