+ Can I order as a guest?
You can of course order as a guest with us. You can make this selection after you have finished your shopping and clicked the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart.
+ What should I do if I want to cancel / complain about my order?
Please contact us by phone or e-mail via our contact form. We will be happy to assist you.
+ How will my order be shipped?
We ship within Germany with DHL. If the value of the goods exceeds 30,00 €, we will deliver the goods free of charge, otherwise the costs will be calculated according to the weight of the order. You can find more information under shipping charges.
+ How can I track my shipment?
If your shipping address is in Germany, you will get your tracking number via email automatically when your package is ready for delivery.
+ How does a refund work?
We will provide you with a refund, either to exchange the goods or to get your money back. To make a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail via our contact form. We will be happy to help you.
+ How can I change my data in the customer account?
In order to change your data in the customer account, you can select the "Edit data" item under "My Biofrid" and change your user input as often as you like or you can just click here.
+ How do I receive the newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter during your registration or at any time in the "Service & Contact" section.
+ How do I delete my account?
Please contact us by phone or e-mail via our contact form. We will be happy to help you.
+ Do I get special conditions as a reseller?
In order to receive conditions for the reseller, you should register as a company during the registration progress. To edit your data afterwards, select "my biofrid" and change your account. In case of any further questions, we are happy to help.
+ Where can I download product images?
We have created an image gallery for you under the menu item "Service & Contact", in which you can download the product images as JPEG and PNG or you can click here.
