You can of course order as a guest with us. You can make this selection after you have finished your shopping and clicked the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart.

We ship within Germany with DHL. If the value of the goods exceeds 30,00 €, we will deliver the goods free of charge, otherwise the costs will be calculated according to the weight of the order. You can find more information under shipping charges.
If your shipping address is in Germany, you will get your tracking number via email automatically when your package is ready for delivery.
We will provide you with a refund, either to exchange the goods or to get your money back. To make a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail via our contact form. We will be happy to help you.
In order to change your data in the customer account, you can select the "Edit data" item under "My Biofrid" and change your user input as often as you like or you can just click here.

In order to receive conditions for the reseller, you should register as a company during the registration progress. To edit your data afterwards, select "my biofrid" and change your account. In case of any further questions, we are happy to help.
