Food supplement with potassium, calcium and magnesium
Magnesium, potassium and calcium are some of the most important mineral nutrients of the body. Potassium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system as well as a normal muscle function. Calcium contributes to a normal energy metabolism and plays a role in cell division and specialization.
Ingredients
Tripotassium citrate, trimagnesium citrate, tricalcium citrate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Health Claim
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Recommended intake
Take 1 slightly heaped teaspoon full (4.5 g powder) dissolved in a glass of water or juice 1-2x per day, if possible with a meal.
Notice
Do not take Alkala S in case of kidney failure, hyperkalemia, alkalosis or simultaneously with potassium saving diuretics. This food supplement is not a substitute for a diversified, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep away from small children.
