Essential Oil Blend for a „Cool“ Head

50 ml jojoba
5 dr. essential Japanese mint oil (corn mint oil, 10ml)
5 dr. essential oil of niaouli (Melaleuca quinquenervia, 10ml)
5 dr. essential oil of cajeput (Melaleuca cajeputi, 10ml)
5 dr. essential oil of thyme (Thymus vulgaris c.t. linalool, 5ml)
5 dr. essential oil of geranium (Pelargonium graveolens, 5ml)

Please note, that this blend includes single bottles of each respective oil and that it is not a finished blend.

This blend possesses germ repelling, refreshing, pain relieving, decongesting effects and can improve concentration. Therefore, it is very well suited to be rubbed or gently massaged in around the sternum or on the back, in the case of colds. The essential oils that are released by the body warmth enter the body via the skin and inhaled air. Of course it is also possible to make a gel or ointment from Japanese mint oil for the local application, using various carrier substances.

Caution: Do not use on children (<8 y.) and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding!

Essential oils should never be applied undiluted, always mix it with a carrier oil (carrier substance).
If possible, test the patient for tolerance by having him smell the oil!
