Essential Oil Blend against Lymphatic Congestion

50 ml jojoba (50ml)
4 dr. essential oil of laurel (Laurus nobilis, 5ml)
8 dr. essential oil of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia, 10ml)
6 dr. essential oil of geranium (Pelargonium graveolens, 5ml)
2 dr. essential oil of lemon (Citrus limon, 10ml)

Please note, that this blend includes single bottles of each respective oil and that it is not a finished blend.

This essential oil blend acts primarily as a stimulant for lymphatic flow. Therefore, it can bring relieve in the summer, when the legs are swollen due to delayed lymphatic drainage, caused by a weak circulation due to heat or prolonged standing.
Therefore, the essential oil blend is applied to the affected parts of the body in the mornings and evenings. At the same time, it has a refreshing effect, promotes concentration and unburdens the liver. As it also contains ingredients which have bacteriostatic and virustatic properties, this mixture may also be applied to swollen lymph nodes, if they are overburdened due to a viral or bacterial load.

Caution: Do not use on children (<8 y.) and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding!

Essential oils should never be applied undiluted, always mix it with a carrier oil (carrier substance).
If possible, test the patient for tolerance by having him smell the oil!
